Decket No. 50-252 L'4ENOMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. E-47 AMENDMENT NO. 10 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-47, between The University of New Mexico and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated July 8,1966, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount

"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
