Dear Mr. Thomas:
Your recent letter to Professor David Woodall regarding the University of New Mexico Research reactor emergency plan has been forwarded to my attention. During the past year Dr. Woodall has been on sabbatical leave in Mexico and I have served as Reactor Administrator. Unfortu-nately, both rrofessor Woodall and I have research committments this summer that make it very difficult for us to work on a revision of the reactor emergency plan until mid-August. Accordinglf;-I wish to request a 30-day extension of time for the resubmittal of our revised reactor emergency plan.
