Thomas, Chief Standardization ~& Special Projects Branch Division of Licensing United States Nuclear Regulatory Commmission Washington, DC 20555 Re: Docket No. 50-252

Dear Mr. Thomas:

This is to' inform you that full implementation of our accepted Emergency Plan was completed at the end of September.

Due to a number of delays here I was unable to prepare this letter of notification to you until now.

We were notified in June that this plan for the University of New Mexico AGN-201M reactor was approved and should be implemented.

Our implementation has included training in our new procedures for all of those involved in them and appropriate posting of those procedures. Our periodic review and requalifications sessions will, of course, include this new information.

Sincerely,

& LTobO David M. Wooda11 Chief Reactor Supervisor CC: Professor Frank L. Williams, Chairman and Reactor Administrator Mr. Will Tabor, UNM Radiolcgical Safety 8510170197 851011 PDR ADOCM 05000252 F PM 9O
