As discussed with Mr. Conway of your staff on February 8, 1982, and Mr.
John Gilray, also of your staff, on May 13, 1982, Florida Power 8 Light Company hereby submits four (4) copies of Revision 5 to the Topical equality Assurance Report for your evaluation.
'The changed portions are indicated by a vertical line in the right hand margin of each page.
'his Revision includes the latest organiza'tion changes as previously submitted to you on September 28, 1981, and the new Regulatory Guide and latest ANSI standard commitments requested and approved in the St.
Lucie Plant Unit 2 Safety Evaluation Report.
This Revision will be issued for implementation in approximately 30 days.
