Dear Mr. Dosa:
Enclosed is our application for renewal of Operating License No. R-102 for the University of New Mexico Research Reactor.
We believe that we have responded to all the pertinent requirements of 10CFR Parts 50, 51, 55, and 73.
We have included the following information in this application:
- 1) Basic application discussing compliance,
- 2) Operator licensing and requalification as documented in Appendix A to the application,
- 3) Environmental considerations,
- 4) Financial considerations,
- 5) Emergency Plan as previously approved,
- 6) Security Plan included as Appendix B to the application,
- 7) Technical Specifications in the ANSI Guidance format are included as Appendix C to the application, and
- 8) A safety Analysis Report attached to the application as Appendix D.
