Enclosed is our application for renewal of Operating License No. R-102 for the University of New Mexico Research Reactor. We believe that we have responded to all the pertinent requirements of 10CFR Parts 50, 51, 55, and 73. We have included the following information in this application:

- 2) Operator licensing and requalification as documented in Appendix A to the application,
- 3) Environmental considerations,
