Abstract #82 Alaliama Power Company, MF-93, NF-238 Daniel Construction Company, Inc., et al.

Re: Charles Hunter D/O: 11/26/79 Civil Action CV-80-499 Circuit Court, Houston County, Alabama

Dear Mr. Saltzman:

Enclosed you will find a copy of the amended complaint filed in connection with the captioned suit.

I am informed that the original complaint was directed to the Daniel Construction Company, Inc. and only alleged construction-type injuries to the plaintiff's eyes.

We have now received our first notice of the case, in the form of the amended c.omplaint, which now adds an alle-gation that some of the construction materials which entered the plaintiff's eyes were radioactive and caused or contributed to the plaintiff's injuries.

The conventional liability carrier, while participating in the suit, has denied responsibility for any injury attributable to radioactive materials and we have been called upon by the defendants to respond to that por-tion of the suit.
