Enclosed is our Post-Written Examination submittal of examination grade sheets, post-exam comments, and other materials. The ES-201 Form, Examination Security Agreement, is in the process of being signed off as personnel become available. The ES-201 Form will be set at a later date as soon as all required signatures are obtained. Post exam comments for potential key changes are being assembled and will be sent in the next few days.

Enclosed you will find the following forms and materials for the NRC Written examination administered on 11-10-2008 at Farley Nuclear Plant.

1) Fifteen exam answer sheets: 10 SRO & 5 RO for electronic scanning in LXR software (scantron sheets) and copies of the same.

2) Exam cover sheets signed by Applicants.

3) Copies of Question #83 initialed by each SRO applicant. This question is marked with revisions made during exam as per your direction by telephone communication.

4) Preliminary grades.

5) Statistics on each question for each of the RO and SRO exams.

6) Written Exam seating chart.

7) Exam key (questions 1-75 are both RO and SRO questions).

8) Exams as administered (one 75 question RO exam and one 100 question SRO exam).

9) Questions asked by applicants during exam with answers given.

10) OPS response to questions asked by NRC examiners during operating exam administration.

This material should be withheld from public disclosure until after the examination grading is complete.
