3. The previous shift NSOs have completed the Appendix A MODE 1, 2, AND 3 REACTOR COOLANT LEAKAGE LOG through Saturday 0000, but some calculations need to be re-performed.

INITIATING CUES

1. Perform the required calculations and ensure the acceptance criteria have been met.
2. When complete, give the completed paperwork to the Unit Supervisor for approval.

Fill in the JPM Start Time when the student acknowledges the Initiating Cue.

Information For Evaluators Use:

UNSAT requires written comments on respective step.

3. A LOCA is causing RPV level to lower.
4. The Clean Demin Water system is operating normally.

INITIATING CUE

1. The Unit Supervisor has directed you to line up and inject using the Standby Liquid Control Test Tank with Clean Demin water per DEOP 0500-03, step G.4.
2. Inform the Unit Supervisor when the task is complete.
