On March 12, 2012, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Reference 1 to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC). Enclosure 2 of Reference 1 contains specific Requested Actions, Requested Information, and Required Responses associated with Near-Term Task Force Recommendation 2.1, Flooding. The enclosure of Reference 2 provides WCNOC's Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report (FHRR), Revision 0.

Significant changes have occurred to the site since the time of the preparation and review of the initial FHRR. The enclosure to this letter provides WCNOC's FHRR, Revision 1. Changes to the FHRR will be represented by revision bars present in the margin.

The FHRR, Revision 1, was previously submitted as an enclosure to Reference 4 on October 27, 2015. The supporting calculation did not conform to the NRC's Electronic v1U~

Based upon discussions with Anthony Minarik, USNRC, only Revision 1 of the FHRR is provided in this letter. This letter supercedes Reference 4. The enclosure to this letter provides WCNOC's FHRR, Revision 1. Changes to the FHRR will be represented by revision bars present in the margin.
