Dear Mr. Skovholt:

Re: Nine Mile Point Unit 1 Docket No. 50-220 Your letter of December 5, 1973 requested certain information concerning the reload fuel for Nine Mile Point Unit l. On January 15, 1974 we responded to that letter and included all requested information with the exception of Requests A3, A4, A5, A10, C3.69 and C4.23 part C.

It is currently planned to submit the remaining information by February 19, 1974 except for the response to the second part of Request A5.- This portion will contain only a schedule, for submittal of the requested information dealing with the testing program for 7 x 7 fuel.
