If your staff or safety, review committee determines that a proposed
- change, test, or experiment does involve an unreviewed safety question, it must be reported to the AEC specifically indicatin'g %hat an unreviewed safety question is involved with the bases for your'onclusion.
Such changes, tests, or experiments must be approved by the AEC prior to implementation.
