- Syracuse, New York 13202 Gentlemen:
In our letter dated October 1, 1973, we requested that you inspect Bergen-Paterson snubbers outside contaiament in the Bine Bile Point Unit Oo.
1-reactor every 30 days and repoxt the results to us within 15 days after the inspection.
In a letter dated March 6, 1974, you proposed to continue the inspections as requested, but only submit positive reports when defective units are found.
These reports would be written within 10 days.
If all units were found to be satisfactory, you proposed that no report would be written.
'fJe havo reviewed your proposal and find it satisfactory.
Since you have inspected your Bergen-Paterson snubbers fox'everal months and have not observed any defective units, elimination of negative reports will reduce unnecessary paperwork.
However, the inspection xesults should be'aintained and be available for inspection by Regulatory Operations should tho detailed information be needed.
