I apologi=e that we could not reply before the Deccsaber 16 Conference in West Valley, but your letter was not received in this office until af ter that date.

I an enclosing copies of the complete report, including the supplement to the Companion Report, TID-3373. Two reports which you requested, "Co:pilation of the Radioactive Waste Disposal Classification System Dats Base," FBDU-247-01; and "Interis Safety Evninntion I," Docket 50-201, are Nuclear Regulatory Consission (i2C) reports. I ca fortrarding your request for these two reports to the Office of Nuclear Material Safety -

and Safeguards at the NRC for their reply.
