~// ,

Dear Sir:

. 4 <j,-

On October 20, 1981, Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. filed a Motion for A Stay of Order Pending Review by the Court. On that same date, subsequent to our filing of the Motion, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit issued a stay in a related case which made a ruling on Nuclear Fuel Services' Motion unnecessary. Accordingly, on that same date we notified your office by telephone that we did not require a ruling on Nuclear Fuel Services' Motion for A Stay. This letter is to confirm that Nuclear Fuel Services hereby with-draws its Motion for A Stay of Order Pending Review filed on October 20, 1981.

A copy of this letter is being sent to all parties.

Sincerely, Geor L. Ed ar GLE:rw l 9 503 s
