In the Matter of Docket Nos. 50-259 Tennessee Valley Authority 50-260 50-296 BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT (BFN) - SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FOR TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION (TS) 356 AND COST BENEFICIAL LICENSING ACTZON (CBLA) 08 INCREASE ZN ALLOWABLE MAIN STEAM ISOLATION VALVE (MSIV) LEAKAGE RATE This letter provides supplemental information to assist the staff in reviewing proposed TS 356, Increase in Allowable MSIV Leakage Rate. Submittal of this information was discussed in a TVA/NRC meeting on February 7, 1996.

Enclosure 1 contains the calculations of control room operator and offsite doses. These calculations contain information proprietary to Polestar. Polestar requests that these calculations be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4). Enclosure 1, Attachment 1 contains an affidavit supporting this request in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). The non-proprietary calculations are provided as Enclosure 2.
