The letter indicated that a more conclete report would be submitted on or about August 15, 1979.

The attached report provides a description of the deficiency, the investigation of the deficiency, and the current corrective action being taken. The tentative date for completion of the repair is January 19, 1980, followed by a final report one ronth later.
