I will take the pcsition that any resumption of nuclear pcuer plants in the vicinity of 'Ihree Mile Island will intensify the on-going detrimental effects on the environ =en and animals. These adverse conditions will increase the degenerating health problens for the animals and eventually affect the hunan pcpulcus in the came area.
