MOTION OF NRC STAFF FOR LEAVE TO FILE r
RESPONSE OUT OF TIME Pursuant to orders of this Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, the NRC staff's response to the Licensee's motions for summary disposition filed on May 9 and 16, 1988 was due on June 22, 1988. On that date the central word processing unit in the Office cf the General Counsel was out of service for part of the day. Staff counsel advised the Board Chairman by telephone on June 22nd that the equipment problems might delay slightly the Staff's filing. Due to the equipment problems the Staff was unable to l file its response on June 22nd.
l The Staff hereby moves the Board for leave to file out of time (one l day late) the attached NRC Staff Response in Support of Licensee's Motion for Summary Disposition. In order to avoid any impact of the one day delay in l
l filing, the Staff is using expedited service means, as reflected in the
