the parties in this proceeding that she would contact Dr obrgan to clarify l

these prcceedings as Exhibits.
Intervenor,wben submitting the testimony, did not have a clear understanding of the legal difference between a
i Appendicos and Exhibits.
During the Conference call Intervenor infomed the parties that she would notify them if the Appendices were to te subnitted as Exhibits.
Intervenor has infomed the parties (Judge Bright, Stephen lowis, and Maurice Ross) by telephone conversation today,0ctober 20th of their intention w sutrait the Appendices as Exhibits. 'Ihis letter is written i
