Licensee: Entergy Nuclear Northeast Facility: James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-333

Date and Time: April 3, 2008, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Location: Joint News Center Oswego County Airport County Route 176 Fulton, NY 13069 Purpose: The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Entergy to discuss the NRC's assessment of the safety performance of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year 2007.

The NRC's assessment is documented in a letter dated March 3, 2008. Attendees*:

NRC: E. Cobey, Chief, Projects Branch 2, Region I G. Hunegs, Senior Resident Inspector S. Rutenkroger, Resident Inspector Entergy: P. Dietrich, Site Vice President K. Mulligan, General Manager of Plant Operations S. Bono, Director of Engineering B. Finn, Director of Nuclear Safety Assurance Public Participation: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC staff following the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
