FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Docket Nos. 50-220; 50-410; 50-333 Date and Time: March 22, 2011 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Purpose:

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRCs assessment of safety performance at both the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station and James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant for 2011, as described in the annual assessment letter dated March 5, 2012. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

FitzPatrick Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss the performance of Constellation and Entergy at Nine Mile Point and FitzPatrick, respectively, during calendar year 2011. NRC staff will be available, in an informational setting, to answer questions from members of the public and discuss issues or concerns related to Nine Mile Point and FitzPatrick.
