Purpose:

The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Entergy to discuss NRCs assessment of the safety performance of the James A.

FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant for calendar year 2004. NRCs assessment is documented in a letter dated March 2, 2005.

Bono, Director, Director, Site Engineering J. Fulton, Assistant General Counsel Public Participation: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned. The NRC will also conduct a discussion on Nine Mile Point and James A.

FitzPatrick performance with the public at the Assembly Hall in the Town of Scriba at 42 Creamery Road, Oswego, NY between 7-8 p.m., on April 28, 2005 (See Notice 05-019).
