Purpose:

To discuss the NRC's assessment of the safety performance of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station and James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Station for calendar year 2009 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.

Public Participation"': This is a Category 1 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Constellation's performance at Nine Mile Point and Entergy's performance at James A. FitzPatrick during calendar year 2009 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. During the session the public will have the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis.
