This supplements the above referenced correspondence and provides an update of the information provided in our PLA-466.Unanticipated problems with check valve operation in the Unit I Core Spray pump discharge vertical pipe run will necessitate rework of the existing bonnet stops.Bechtel NCR 5913 documents this latest discrepancy.
