- 1. The difficulty level of this JPM is too low. This is a satisfactory surveillance with no abnormalities. Its level of difficulty would be enhanced by required the applicant to identify and address at least one out of specification item during the surveillance. The SRO version of this JPM (OT-3701-ADM_029SRO) has an out-of-specification condition.
- 1. (Facility) The level of difficulty of this JPM is increased because the RO typically uses ICS to check parameters and record a SAT or UNSAT into Tech Spec Rounds. This surveillance is only performed if the ICS computer is down. We can modify to have an OOS reading if desired.

If the JPM is given in the classroom, then the pictures are used. We can decide setting during walkthrough week and modify as necessary.
