Dear Mr. Christian:

This letter is to provide you with advanced information regarding materials needed to supportour Inspection Procedure 95002 inspection. The inspection will focus on the root cause(s),extent of condition, and corrective actions associated with the White auxiliary feedwater andYellow turbine building flooding findings. The inspection is scheduled to begin on May 1, 2006, at your Kewaunee Power Station facility. Insofar as possible, this information should beprovided electronically to the lead inspector. Any material not available electronically should be mailed to the addresses identified in the enclosure. We will review the requested material andidentify those areas where more detailed information will be needed.If you have any questions regarding our schedule or the material being requested, pleasecontact Patricia Lougheed at (630) 829-9760.
