Gentlemen: SH0 In accordance with your applications dated July 25, 1983, October 31, 1984, August 7, 1985, and February 25, 1986, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1405 is hereby amended to delete 7650 Convoy Court and 10955 John Jay Hopkins Drive as authorized places of use. Accordingly, Conditions 9 and 10 shall read as follows:
- 9. Authorized Use:
For receipt, possession, and use at 3030 Callan Road and/or 8221 Arjons Road, San Diego, California, in accordance with the statements, representations, and conditions specified in the licensee's applications and addenda dated July 25, September 21, and November 2, 1983, January 31 and October 31, 1984, August 7,1985, and February 25, 1986,
- 10. The licensee is hereby exempt from the requirements of Section 70.24, 10 CFR Part 70, for experimental areas at 3030 Callan Road and 8221 Arjons Road, which are mass limited in accordance with Section 3.3.1 of the application. This exemption applies only to material possessed under this license.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed is a copy of our Safety Evaluation Report in support of this amendment.
