OF THE J UNE 26, 2014 , PUBLIC M EETING R E GA R DI N G PALISA D ES NUCL E AR PLANT On June 26, 2014

, the NRC held a public mee ting to discuss the 201 3 annual assessment results for Palisades N uclear Plant. The meeting was held at the Beach Haven Eve n t Center in South Haven, Michigan. Enclos u re 1 is a list of attendees for the meeting. The c opies of the slides used by licensee and the NRC staff during the meeting are located in ADAMS (ML14175A299, ML14175A284

). The first part of the meeting was conducted as an open house poster session in which members of the public could ask questions about NRC inspection activities and Palisades' plant performance to NRC representatives

. The second part of the meeting started with the NRC providing an overview of the reactor oversight process and the results of the 201 3 annual assessment for Palisades Nuclear P lant. The NRC's presentation was followed by a presentation provided by the Palisades Nucle a r Plant staff giving an overview of the current and propos e d actions to improve per formance in 201 4. After the business part of the meeting ended, the NRC listened to comments and answered questions f r om the public. /RA/ __________________
