OF THE APRIL 26, 2022, PUBLIC OUTREACH TO DISCUSS THE NRC 2021 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT On April 26, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (EDT), an information meeting with a question and answer session was held by representatives of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to provide the public with information on the 2021 End-of-Cycle plant performance assessment of the Palisades Nuclear Plant, and with general information on the NRC. The open house was held at the Covert Township Lions Club Community Center in Covert, Michigan. The NRC representatives discussed plant performance with members of the public and local, county, and state officials. Representatives from Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.

were also present at the event.

The NRC discussed their assessment of the Palisades Nuclear Plants performance during the public outreach. The assessment information was documented in the March 2, 2022, End-of-Cycle Assessment Letter (ADAMS Accession Number ML22055B137). Representatives from the NRC made copies of the above letter available to the public in attendance. Throughout the open house, members of the public were given the opportunity to ask questions of Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. officials.
