ORDER Under covering letter dated March 1, 1976, counsel for Applicant submitted to the Licensing Board a Stipulation entered into by all parties in the captioned proceeding witir-The drawing Contentions II-17, 11-18, 11-26, and II-34.

Stipulation is designed to withdraw all of the so-called "as low as practicable" contentions based upon the Commission's promulgation of Appendix I to 10 CFR Part 50 and the Applicant's _

submission of Interim Technical Specifications concerning radioactive effluents.

The NRC Staff has reviewed the proposed Technical Specifications and by letter dated May 7, 1976, advised the Board that the Staff has concluded that the requested license
