ORDER POSTPONING PREIEARING CONFERENCE FROM MARCll 19 'IO MARCH 20, 1974 i

After a telephono conference with the attorney for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency respecting a change in circumstances advising a change in the date from March 19 to March 20, 1974 for the convening of a prohoaring conference, and being advised that attorneys for Applicant, Regulatory Staff, the City of Saint Paul and MECCA have no objection to the postponement, WlIEREFORE , IT IS ORDERED, in accordance with the Atomic Energy Act, as amended, and the Rules of Practice of the Commission, the prehearing conference is postponed from March 19 10:00 a.m., local time, on and in lieu thereof shall convene at Wednesday, March 20, 1974 in the Pioneer Suite, The Saint Paul Hilton,11 East Kellogg Boulevard, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101.
