l ORDER On January 31, 1975, Applicant initiated a telephone conference between attorneys for the Applicant, the Regula-tory Staff and the Intervenor, hiinnesota Pollution Control Agency, and the Board Chairman. During said conference

- Applicant and Staff both requested an extension of time for responding to the Board's questions filed on January 27, 1975, relating to environmental matters in the above-captioned proceeding.

The unopposed motions of the A,plicant and the. Regulatory Staff for an extension to April 1, 1975, of the time for the filing of responses to the Board's " Questions From the Board Directed to Applicant and Regulatory Staff" dated January 27, 1975, are for good cause shown, granted.
