_ ORDER November 16, 1976 On May 14, 1975, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, one of the intervenors in this proceeding, filed additional contention C.1 concerning the Applicant's proposal for complyi.ng with the Commission's guides with respect to Anticipated Transients Without Scram (ATWS).
The contention was admitted by Board order dated August 5, 1975, It is our understanding that compliance of the Monticello plant with WASH-1270 is still under review by the NRC S taf f..
