Operation of the facility, which is located on the licensee's sito in Wright and Sherburno Counties, 4

Minnesota, is presently authorized by Provisional I Operating Licenso No. DPR-22, issued by the Atomic Energy Commission (the Commission) on September 8, 1970.

In accordance with the "Notico of IIoaring on a Facility Operating' License", published by the Commission in the Federal Register on December 27, 1972 (37 F.R.
