ORDER RECOGNIZING AND PERMITTING LIMITED APPEARANCES
- 1. At the prehearing conference in Buffalo, Minnesota on April 7, -
1970, the board dealt with requests for limited appearances. By way of confirmation, the board recognizes the limited appearance of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency by John P. Badalich, its Executive Director.
This limited appearance is pursuant to 52,715(c) of the Commission's Rules of Practice. It is understobd 'that the Agency will be represented at the hearing by G. Robert Johnson, Special Assistant Attorney General.
- 2. Similarly, by way of confirmation of its action at the prehearing conference, the board has allowed the following to make limited appearances under $2. 715(a) of the Commission's Rules of Practice:
