Following receipt of a telephonic communication today from counsel for the AEC Regulatory Staf f respecting a change in circumstances involving the scheduling of witnesses of both the Staff and-Minnesota ' Pollution 1/

Control Agency, advising a change in the date from Novemb6r 6, to November 12, 1974, for the convening of the hearing in the above-identified, proceeding,- and being advised by Staff counsel that attorneys.for the other parties have no objection, the Board'has gra.nted the postponement requested.
