FW: Minor Issues with Amendment 197 Attachments: New TS 3.7.19 as recieved in Amendment No. 197.pdf Mohan -

After a detailed review of Amendment 197, we identified a couple of format problems. The two worst pages are attached. See Katis note below for a description of the problems. We also identified an error in the SER text (as also described below), but I dont believe that is a problem worth bothering about.

I thought that typically after we send you clean pages for an amendment to be issued, the only processing done on your end was photocopying, for the most part. In this case, it appears some sort of processing was done that resulted in changes to the clean pages that were sent to you.

Can this be explained? What shall we do with these pages?

Amendment 197 minor issues

Tom, Attached is new TS 3.7.19 as received from the NRC. You can see a little bit of the quality/clarity issue as well as the misplaced single line and continuation in the middle of the continued Action table.

Also, for discussion with Mohan: Page 10 of the Safety Evaluation is the discussion of new TS 3.7.19 with a formatting typo (no dashed line below the NOTE) and typo in Required Action A.1, stating MSIVBV rather than the intended SSIV. The clean TS page is correct on these aspects.

After I proof the clean pages for Brian, he does not include me on the e-mail to Mohan, so I do not know what the final version he receives from us looks like.
