Reference I requested the Completion Time for offsite circuits be extended from 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> to 30 days for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES). References 2 and 3 contained requests for addition information regarding Reference

1. Reference 4 is Luminant Generation Company LLC (Luminant Power, previously known as .TXU Power) combined response to the two NRC requests for additional information (RAI). In Reference 5, the NRC identified additional information needed for the staff's review. Further, the NRC staff requested CPSES to respond within 30 days in order for the NRC to complete the review and reach a final safety decision in a timely manner.A member of the STARS (Strategic Teaming and Resource Sharing) Alliance Callaway

Therefore, Luminant Power requests to withdraw LAR 06-007 until these evaluations are complete.This communication contains no new or revised commitments.
