3/4.9.13SPENTFUELCASKMOVEMENTThelimitations ofthisspecification ensuresthat,duringin-sertionorremovalofspentfuelcasksfromthespentfuelpool,fuelcaskmovementwillbeconstrained tothepathandliftheightassumedintheCaskDropProtection Systemsafetyanalysis.
Restrict-ingthespentfuelcaskmovementwithinthese,requirements providesprotection forthespentfuelpoolandstoredfuelfromtheeffectsofafuelcaskdropaccident.
