Control Agency, advising a change in the date from

. Novemb6r 6, to November 12, 1974, for the convening of the hearing in the above-identified, proceeding,- and being advised by Staff counsel that attorneys .for the other parties have no objection, the Board'has gra.nted the postponement requested.
