y Three Mile Island Alert, Inc. (TMIA) by its attorneys, Widoff Reager Selkowitz & Adler,                P.C., move the Nuclear Regulatory Commission provide emergency funding for the purpose of continuing the taking of depositions of Licensee employees, and set forth the following reasons in support thereof:

(1) TMIA, Inc. has virtually expended all the money available to it for the taking of depositions of Licensee's employees; (2)    TMIA, Inc. presently has incurred financial liability in excess of $30,000 as the cost of its participating in the TMI-l Restart Hearing.              Over $20,000 remains to be paid, and additional discovery, including depositions, will increase that figure substantially.

(1) TMIA, Inc. has virtually expended all the money available to it for the taking of depositions of Licensee's employees; (2) TMIA, Inc. presently has incurred financial liability in excess of $30,000 as the cost of its participating in the TMI-l Restart Hearing. Over $20,000 remains to be paid, and additional discovery, including depositions, will increase that figure substantially.
