- 1. Provide sensitivity financial forecasts reflecting an arbitrary 10 percent reduction in the price of a megawatt-hour of electricity (despite the fact that there is a Power Purchase Agreement). This financial forecast should include the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, if so needed, to be consistent with the applicants' forecast.
- 2. Provide sensitivity financial forecasts reflecting a reduction of capacity (factor) to a historical average of 88.6 percent. In some years of the financial forecast, the capacity factor is higher. The years that are forecast to be lower than historical average stay the same.
