Dear Mr. Mannai:
By letter dated March 29, 2013, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. submitted the Decommissioning Funding Status Report for the year ending on December 31,2012, for Big Rock Point, Palisades Nuclear Plant, Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 1, 2, and 3, James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, and Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Financial Analysis and International Projects Branch is reviewing the submittal and has determined that additional information is needed to complete its review. The specific questions are found in the enclosed request for additional information (RAI). Based on our discussions we understand that a response to the RAI will be provided within 30 days of the date of this letter.

On March 29, 2013, Entergy Nuclear Operations Inc. submitted the Decommissioning Funding Status Report (Agencywide Documents Access Management System No. ML13092A121) for the year ending on December 31,2012, for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 1,2 and 3, Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, James A.
FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Palisades Nuclear Plant, and Big Rock Point.

Amounts accumulated Provide the after-tax amount of funds accumulated through December 31, 2012 for Indian Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station, Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant, Palisades Nuclear Plant, and Big Rock Point.
On March 29, 2013, Entergy did not state if the amount of decommissioning funds accumulated wasanafte~axamou~.
The provisions of 10 CFR 50. 75(f)(1) and (2) require the licensee to report the amount of funds accumulated to the end of the calendar year preceding the report.
