Pursuant to condition Ill. of the Orders contained in References 1 and 2, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) provides in Attachment 1 to this letter documentary evidence that ENO has obtained the appropriate amount of nuclear liability insurance required of licensees in accordance with10 CFR 140 and the appropriate amount of property insurance required of licensees in accordance with10 10 CFR 50.54(w), as appropriate, for the Palisades Nuclear Plant, the Big Rock Point Nuclear Generating Plant and the Big Rock Point ISFSI. Attachment 1 contains a list of and copies of the insurance certificates.
