- Provide Schedule for Welding on Code Class 1, 2, or 3 components (including contingency repair welding for dissimilar metal welds)

2) ITEM A.2 of NRC information request letter- Procedures for welding used to perform the activities identified in Item A.1 (including NDE calibration and flaw characterization/sizing procedures and Welding Procedure Qualification Records).

3) ITEM A.11 of NRC information request letter - Copy of document with the plant specific length and depth threshold values established for screening indications for in situ testing addressing plant specific integrity limits as required by site procedure
