INC.MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 CYBER SECURITY PLAN LICENSE CONDITION In a letter dated November 20, 2009 (Serial No. 0c-640), Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC), and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted a Cyber Security Plan with associated requests for amendments to the Operating Licenses (OLs) for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations, as well as an Implementation Schedule.

DEK, DNC, and Dominion supplemented this submittal with letters dated July 12, 2010, August 5, 2010, September 23, 2010, November 10, 2010, December 13, 2010, April 4, 2011 and May 17, 2011 (Serial Nos.10-349, 10-349A, 10-349B, 10-349C,10-714, 11-138 and 11-138A respectively).

Although the Cyber Security Plan is a fleet plan for the four (4) stations discussed above, the NRC Project Manager for Millstone Power Station has requested that DNC assent to the proposed wording for the Cyber Security Plan License Condition for Millstone Power Station that was provided in an email from Mr. John Hughey of the NRC to Mr. William D. Bartron of DNC on July 13, 2011. DNC assents to the proposed wording with the provision that the wording is consistent with the License Conditions that will be issued for Kewaunee, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations.If you have any questions regarding this submittal, please contact Ms. Margaret A.
