VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY KEWAUNEE POWER STATION MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 CYBER SECURITY PLAN RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Dominion Energy Kewaunee, Inc. (DEK), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC),
and Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted a Cyber Security Plan and requests for amendments to the Operating Licenses (OLs) for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations, as well as an Implementation Schedule, on November 20, 2009 (Serial No.09-640).
DEK, DNC, and Dominion supplemented this submittal with letters dated July 12, 2010, August 5, 2010, September 23, 2010, November 10, 2010 and December 13, 2010 (Serial Nos.10-349, 10-349A, 10-349B, 10-349C, and 10-714, respectively).
On March 7, 2011, the NRC sent DEK, DNC, and Dominion a request for additional information (RAI). The response to the RAI is provided in the attachment to this letter.
A revised Implementation Schedule is included in the response to the RAI.
The Implementation Schedule is not considered part of the requests for amendments to the OLs.
The response to the RAI does not impact the conclusions of the no significant hazards consideration determination previously provided in our July 12, 2010 letter.
