I'm attaching for your information the recently issued Mass. DPU order approving certain renewable power contracts between NSTAR and three wind generators. These are the contracts with "foreign entities" identified in the Staff's July 14, 2011 Request for Supplemental Information. The Order had not yet issued at the time of the RSI response.
