Re: CY to Idaho Dave, we issued the 20.2002 approval for CY yesterday. Prior to issuing it Congressional Affairs spoke with staff for Rep Markey and Rep Inslee. You may want to touch base with Tom Combs for the specifics of those conversations.

Do you know anything re: timing of Commission decision on whether Conn. Yankee can ship waste to Idaho? It's been getting a lot of Congressional attention, with warnings that NRC shouldn't allow it while the clearance rulemaking is pending.
