SUMMARY OF PUBLIC MEETING  On May 29, 2014 at 5:30 p.m., the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a public open house at the Peach Bottom Inn in Delta, PA. The NRC conducted the Annual Assessment Meeting to discuss its assessment of the safety performance at Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station for 2013.  (public) Access and Management System (ADAMS) with Accession No. ML14071A589. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web page at:  http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The NRC presented poster boards and handouts and met with members of the public to discuss its assessment of the safety performance of Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2013, as documented in our letter dated March, 4, 2013 (ADAMS Accession No. ML14058A409). The NRC poster boards presented included background on the Reactor Oversight Process (ROP). Additional information relative to the NRC's Annual Assessment Process and the safety performance of Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 can be found on the NRC's web site at:  www.nrc.gov/NRR/OVERSIGHT/ASSESS/index.html.
